RETURNS
In every order, there is a return form called an RMA (Return Merchandise
Authorization). To return an item, please complete and fax your RMA form to
Salt City Candle at (801) 282-4813, or call (877) 282-4884 if you have any
questions about a return. Discrepancies must be reported within 72 hours after
receiving package.
If you are eligible for a refund, please allow at least 20 days for processing. After your refund has been processed, your next credit card statement should reflect the refund amount.
EXCHANGES
You may be able to exchange one product for another. Please call Salt City Candle at (801) 282-4884 or toll free (877) 282-4884 to speak with us about an exchange. Only unused products may be exchanged. You are responsible for shipping costs to send the product back to us and for the shipping costs to send the new item to you.

Put the return form inside the original package along with the carefully wrapped item(s).

If you are eligible for a refund, please allow at least 14 days for processing. After your refund has been processed, your next credit card statement should reflect the refund amount.
If you return a damaged or defective product, return postage is free. In this case, we will also refund your original shipping charge.
Unfortunately, if you are returning a product for any other reason, we cannot refund your original shipping charges. Further, the charge for return postage will be deducted from your refund. Such returns are also subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Exchanges
Return postage is absolutely free when you exchange one product for another. Only unused products may be exchanged.
If your original order qualified for free shipping, you will not be charged additional shipping on an exchange.
