ORDER STATUS

You can check the status of your order any time. Click on Order Status at the bottom of any page and enter your order number.

Your order may be in one of the following stages of the order fulfillment process:

1. Confirmed
   Your order has been received and a confirmation has been sent to your email address.
2. In Progress
   Your order is being assembled, prepared, and packaged for shipping.
3. Shipped
   Your order has been shipped using the delivery method you chose.

You can refer to the Shipping Rates and Times chart to figure out when your order can be expected to arrive.
