MY ACCOUNT

My Account is your one-stop source for all account information. The information in My Account is linked to several other areas of the site. That means information can be viewed and modified in the context of other tasks. For example, billing information updated during the checkout process is automatically updated in My Account also.

My Account allows you to store and update the following information:

• Contact Information
• Address Book
• Wish List
• Order History
• Billing Information
• Shipping Information
• Occasion Reminders
• Notifications

Contact Information
This information allows you to access your private account. It also grants access to your shopping bag during checkout. You can update your contact information any time by supplying new details.

Address Book
Your address book can store as many contacts as you like. Easily manage your contact list by adding and editing any number of names, addresses, and email addresses. This feature also makes gift giving a snap. When you want to ship a gift to someone special, simply select the recipient’s contact information from your list.

Wish List
Your Wish List allows you to save purchases for a future order. Not sure which items you want to buy today? Place them in your Wish List for another time, and then simply move them to your Shopping Bag when you’re ready to make the purchase.

Order History
If you are a registered customer, you may check your full Order History. We store all past purchase information in My Account so that registered customers can track specific order details by order number or order date. Every order during a specific period is available to view, from the last 30 days, the last 3 months, even the last year.

Billing Information
For your safety, we do not save credit card information. All other billing information is easy to access and update. For faster checkout, your billing address is automatically filled in when you make a purchase.

Shipping Information
You can update your primary shipping address quickly and easily in My Account. This address is automatically filled in when you checkout to speed you through the purchase process.

Reminders
With reminders, you’ll never forget an important occasion again. Simply choose an occasion, assign a special person to the occasion, and select when you want us to remind you. We’ll send you an email well before the occasion date to make sure you have plenty of time to buy a gift.

Notifications
Notifications tell us how and for what purpose you wish to be contacted. You can set your communication preferences for email and postal mail. An easy On/Off switch for each option allows you to quickly opt-in or opt-out of any notification you like. So you can stop notifications at any time, and start them up again in the future.
